Payment and Delivery
To check out after adding products to Shopping Cart, please register or, if already registered, sign in. After signing in, you will see your order summary and total amount due.
There are 3 payment methods:
- Use PayPal or credit cards through PayPal;
- Make bank transfer to HSBC account number: 652-327321-001 for the account of Just Resonance Ltd. Send transfer slip and order confirmation number by email to info@rayonex.hk
- Make payment via Faster Payment System (FPS : +852 9221 2257). Send transfer slip and order confirmation number by email to info@rayonex.hk
Delivery will be made within 3 business days after payment is received, except for items that need to be ordered and shipped from Germany. There will be no delivery on days of Typhoon No. 8, black rainstorm or during Chinese New Year holidays. If you would like to request specific delivery times, please email info@rayonex.hk for special arrangement.
The delivery charge for orders below $800 is $65. Delivery is free for orders of at least $800 (not including delivery charges in the order amount), with the exception of Ma Wan, outlying islands and most areas in Lantau. If delivery service is required for these areas, or for Macau and overseas delivery, please email info@rayonex.hk for information on charges which will depend on location.
